Pacific North Region 2022 Report
It has been a pleasure to be a part of facilitating the PRN Women’s Ministries Events this last year and be able to come alongside what the Lord is doing in the lives of our churches in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. It has been evident that there is a hunger for community that has been neglected the last couple years while navigating the pandemic and we are looking forward to this new season focus on community building and renewing of the spirit.
Please keep us in your prayers as we rebuild the PRN WM Board. 2021/22 WM has been Co-Chaired by me (Ashley Fauquet, Vice President) and Kim Goodman (Treasurer). We have been earnestly praying and connecting with women who have felt the Lord’s tugging on their hearts to serve in this capacity and we are very excited for what leadership He is stirring up for us this coming Fall.
The PNW is unique in its post-Christian population that almost demands the relational growth to come before ears and hearts are open to hear the Gospel. We pray that this coming year we can focus on this fundamental and get involved more purposefully in what the Lord is doing in the lives of our women and the women in our surrounding communities.
This last year was kicked off with a wonderful Women’s Fall Retreat where we were reminded of all the promises the Lord gives to us in Revelation. Our hearts are truly ignited and transformed by His covenants and steadfast love!
Most of our churches’ Women’s Ministries have started meeting consistently again and have re-established their regularly scheduled events. We were also able to meet for our Regional Spring Luncheon and once again be renewed by His Word and by each other. We praise the Lord for His abounding grace and His provisions that will carry on through this year and years to come. May we be ready with open hearts to meet Him in His Mission that specifically calls us as women and embrace that calling in our lives, churches, and region.
Hebrews 10:24-25 ESV
And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
